About Candi Raudebaugh

About Candi Raudebaugh, the voice of Relaxation Audio with Candi, a podcast focused on relaxation techniques for sleep, stress relief, and health.

Hello, I’m Candi Raudebaugh. Thank you for visiting my site and taking the time to find out more about me.

Candi Raudebaugh

I am an occupational therapist and post-secondary instructor. I live with my husband in Canada. My Christian faith is the centre of my life. I enjoy walking and hiking, I like to travel when I have the opportunity, and I enjoy being outside. Additional hobbies include writing, drawing, painting, and photography. As you might guess, I like technology such as computers and gadgets. I have been vegan since 2016.

I am the author of GoodFoodVegan.com and Relaxation Audio with Candi.

Relaxation Audio with Candi podcast started in April, 2020. Through this podcast, I hope to help as many people as possible. While I do not believe that relaxation techniques are the solution to every challenge, I know that relaxation can have a variety of benefits.

My objectives are that people who are experiencing insomnia can more easily get to sleep and that my relaxation audio scripts can provide a reprieve from the stresses of daily life. In addition, I hope that podcast listeners will experience reduced stress, less muscle tension, lower blood pressure, and all the other benefits that relaxation techniques have to offer.
